We start from the chimney cap, to flashings, vents, shingles, installation procedures, gutter guards, drip edges, gutters, Down spouts, Siding, fascia, soffit, window frames. We check everything for any wood rot or storm damage, so you dont have to.

We give you a comprehensive report showing any areas of concern. We will also tell you whether this is storm damage, from ageing or just general wear and tear. We can also tell you whether or not the person who put your roof on installed it properly or not. If your roof is in good shape. We will document the great shape its in and show you how awesome your roof looks.

Whether you are having us inspect for a potential insurance claim or your having us give you a estimate. We will point out any and all potential risk areas that may cost you more money in the future. Whether you want to get that stuff done is entirely up to you. We are a very ethical Non pushy company. We do not push people into decisions ever. We do provide you with all the necasary information to maket the decision yourself though.

We can do inspections in as little as 15 minutes but we ask for about an hour to give you a thorough evaluation. This also gives us plenty of time to sit down with you after our inspection and go over our findings.
