Outdated ventilation holes plugged. Ridge vent cut at ridge and added to bring to todays ventilation standards of 1:150 or 1:300

Gutters cleaned after roof is completed

We always change rotten sheathing so the nails holding shingles always have a solid foundation to grab onto.

Shingles installed following manufacturer stair step minimum specifications ( Typically 6 inches between each coarse) and proper nail placement.

All decking seams taped with zip tape for a fortified roofing system

Adding chimney crickets and updating codes to todays IRC and IBC standards. Installing new step, headwall and counter flashing where needed.
